Our team are with you from the beginning to end of your project. We even go so far as to offer post completion check-ins and garden care sessions. Helping you reach your goals is our key focus.

An initial phone discussion will usually lead to a site consultation. This consultation involves understanding the unique needs of the site and space, it also gives an opportunity for soil evaluations, measurements, imagining/sketching, analysis of any limitations and strategies, photography, and seeing the best way to extend and blend the indoors and outdoors so there is a natural flow effect.

DESIGN PROCESS

This is also a chance to discuss budget, timing, and how much / how little you would like to be involved. This way we can all be on the same page as we progress through the design and development stages.

GETTING STARTED

The three key stages of design and development

Consultation

This initial phase is crucial to achieving your desired outcomes. The consultation allows for the creation of a detailed brief which outlines fee structures, the design process and a complete list of goals and timelines. Once this brief is approved and signed off we can move to phase two, Designs and Guides development.

Designs & Guides

Site analysis, mapping, drawings, colour palettes, mood board creation, 2d and 3d concepts are all produced in this stage. Alongside this comprehensive process runs the planting guides and costings which are dependent upon when you would like your garden to be both fully functional and established. If required tender documents and sub contractor reviews/meetings/site inspections can also form part of this stage. You are welcome to be as involved in this stage as you would like, we will discuss your availability or key check points up front and work to an agreement so everyone feels comfortable and understood.

Implementation

The fun and physical side begins! This is when you start to see the designs take shape. Our priority is always on the soil and what is needed to support plant health.
This final phase brings your goals to life and ongoing management plans discussed and provided.

OUR SERVICES

  • We start this service by spending time understanding your lifestyle, the property and its surrounds, your needs and your goals. This information is then translated into a design recommendation. Existing plants, sun/shade spots, and soil composition also helps pave a direction. We even look at local fauna to understand the needs of the area and how your garden can support sustainability, diversification and ecology.
    A small garden design starts at $3800 and a large garden at $5800

  • With over 490 wholesalers as part of our network of growers we can source the right size plants, in the best condition, at the right price. We can also schedule deliveries and collections to make sure everything arrives at your location on time and at an agreed price which fits with your needs. This takes substancial coordination and communication skills which we are happy to offer to maintain smooth sailing. This ordering and delivery coordination service starts at $980 for a small garden and $3800 for a large garden.

  • To take the stress away we can manage the build process for the new designs. Either our team, or a carefully vetted landscape team, will bring the design to life. Regular updates are provided in line with the delivery schedule and we ensure the project is built as specified. We can also handle any arising issues on your behalf, with consultation as needed. Small gardens start at $2500 and large gardens at $5500.

  • In person and online support is available on an ongoing basis. This support is designed to help you maintain growth and plant health in your garden, especially during the establishment phase. We can recommend solutions should any area of the garden require special attention. Hourly sessions start from $100

  • If your new garden has a multitude of plants or landscaping elements it may require special management. If you would like help to create a management diary planner for your new garden we are happy to assist. This plan can be shared with your gardeners, family, property management or even housesitters. This is a very useful and valuable information tool to provide when selling or renting a property. Small gardens start at $580 and large gardens at $950
